I thought I'd lost this so I paid for it. Now that I've found it can I get a refund?
You may get a refund on payment for a lost item, if it is returned in good condition
within six (6) months. We will withhold a nominal handling charge from your refund.

How do you determine damage charges? Only one of the tapes in this books on tape selection is broken.
If damage is clearly your fault, you are charged our replacement cost for the program.
We do not charge you for damage that appears to be the result of normal wear and tear.
If you prefer, you may purchase an identical item instead of paying the replacement fee.

What happens if I lose something I borrowed?
You are responsible for paying the replacement cost of anything you lose or that is severely damaged while in your care. This includes the liner notes in compact discs and cassettes.
